Check our occupancy calendar and select your vacation dates.

• Receive an offer

Let us know your desired vacation dates and you will receive a written offer from us.

• Book by an initial payment

You confirm the offer in writing and receive a rental agreement from us.

A booking will require a 30% initial down payment within 2 working days from your confirmation of our offer.  As soon as we receive the initial payment we will mark the calendar as occupied for the requested period.

With the receipt of payment of the down payment within 7 working days from the booking confirmation you have booked firmly or we will mark the calendar as free again.

Final payment and deposit

You can transfer the balance to us prior to your arrival or pay in cash on arrival (at the handing over of the keys).

On arrival a security deposit of 300 € is to be paid, which you get back when leaving the property.

If you cancel or have to leave earlier:

In case of cancellation up to 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we keep the initial payment of 30%.

In case of cancellation within 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the final payment or the total amount will be charged, because now it will be difficult for us to find an alternative so quickly.

For an early departure there is no refund.
