Welcome to the remote beach house Studena on Brač island!
Location
This remote, single-family house made of natural stone stands alone, mere 10 meters from the sea, in “Studena” bay on the island of Brač. It can be accessed within minutes by boat only. The house has its own mooring for anchoring and its own access to the sea (rocky beach and an extended wooden jetty right above the water of around 30m²).
Accommodation
This rustic Dalmatian natural stone house with a sea view was fully renovated in 2013, but stayed true to its original style while furnished charmingly and tastefully. The interior is simple and stylish. The solar-powered beach house in a remote location provides all the necessary comfort and convenience, such as electricity and hot water.

Calendar and Booking

Extras
A motorboat of 5 HP or a speed boat can be hired in addition via the owner upon request. Guests can be instructed in driving the boat and anchoring etc.
About Us
Kole is a guitarist, singer and songwriter from the island Brač. Irena is from Austria, her parents both are Croatian, her family over generations spent the summer holidays on Brač, where her grandfather once ran a pharmacy.
